‘Pirates Pitch Up At Claremont’ article spreads the word about the Pirates!
Your Hastings Pirates were featured in – and on the cover of – a recent edition of Hastings’ brilliant local paper, the Hastings Independent Press! The article, written by Pirate outfielder James Young, recounts the history of the Pirates, describes our hopes for the coming season, and, importantly, reveals our new Crowdfunder campaign, through which we hope to raise funds to improve our home field, buy essential playing and safety equipment, and even start a youth baseball division.
