Policy

We adopt and follow the safeguarding policies and procedures of BaseballSoftballUK, which are mandatory for clubs and teams affiliated to the British Baseball Federation.

These have been reviewed and approved for use by the club on 30th March 2026. 

Safeguarding Officer

Rory Dearlove is the Club Safeguarding Officer and the first point of contact for any concerns.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a safeguarding concern, you can:

• Speak directly to Rory Dearlove
• Email the club (this will be treated confidentially and forwarded to the Safeguarding Officer)
• Follow the reporting guidance in the BaseballSoftballUK policies

You can also report concerns directly to external agencies if preferred.

You do not need to be certain; raising a concern early helps keep everyone safe.
