Baseball on the South Coast

Formed in 2017, the Hastings Pirates are a baseball team based in Hastings and St Leonards on the South Coast of the UK. We play in the British Baseball Federation Single A League.

About the hastings pirates

The Hastings Pirates are an amateur baseball team, based in East Sussex. The team was founded in 2017, fielding teams under the South Coast Pirates, and Seadogs names, and achieving regional and national wins in the BBF Single A baseball league soon after.

The teams new name for the 2024 season, the Hastings Pirates, has been chosen to reflect a closer relationship with the town where we train and play. New players are welcome, whether you have recently retired from an MLB career or have never swung a bat, we’d love to see you at training.
